An afternoon of unique experiences explored through the magical tone of the Spanish classical guitar, under the direction of Juan Antonio Peña, DMA. Ticket: $10.

Please join us for free bi-monthly yoga classes! Grounded in breath (Pranayama) and accessible movement (Asana), with a healthy dose of meditation, this class is an opportunity to focus on the mind-body connection through a trauma-informed practice. Great for ALL bodies, ALL abilities, ALL levels. Beginners and practiced yogis welcome.
